9 patch challenge

A fun quilt that was presented at Andi's Quilt Academy.  I just finished quilting mine.  I made 3 extra blocks (of the easier blocks, lol) so that my quilt would be a little longer.   I used fabrics that have been in my stash a long time, including the backing.  Unbleached muslin for the bg fabric. 

New Years Day Mystery

This mystery quilt is from Quiltbug and done on New Years Day 2018.   It was a fun one.  I got most of it done in a couple of days and then got it sandwiched and quilted a few weeks later.  These fabrics are from the 60's,  I believe.  Leftovers, but all calico prints.   Some of them that I saved from my mom's scrap barrel years ago and some I have collected from garage sales.   I would have liked to make the entire back with the center fabric but I had to find something in the bin to make it big enough.   The quilt is 54x76.

Rainbow Scrap Challenge 2017

Here are all my lamp blocks sewn together.  And yes all the fabrics are my scraps.  I'm crazy about scraps.  People give me their scraps because they know I love them so much.  I have quite a button collection too and it's time I used more of them.   The buttons are already sewn on and I will quilt around them.  I can handle that.  lol.  This was a free pattern from:

I may put a border on it. 

Growing Up QAL

I have sewn all my blocks together now.   I will put the extra one on the back.
This quilt has really "grown" on me as I was putting sashings and sewing blocks into rows.  I have a border fabric cut out and I'm picking out backing.
